Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Synapsyz Innovations LLP ("Company", "Quantacal", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Quantacal website, platform, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and
• You are using the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Quantacal is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides software tools and functionality including, but not limited to:

• Scheduling and appointment management tools
• Counseling and session booking tools
• Calculation and productivity tools
• Account-based software services delivered via the internet

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial purchase.
• Refunds will not be provided after this period, except where required by applicable law.
• Refunds generally do not apply to renewal charges unless explicitly approved by the Company.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Synapsyz Innovations LLP.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service, but only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Unauthorized use of the Service may violate intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we strive to ensure reliable operation, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, perform maintenance, or restrict access as necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synapsyz Innovations LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities

In no event shall the total liability of the Company exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and use.

The Service provides certain features powered by artificial intelligence, including natural language parsing and automated assistance.

• Integration: Our AI features are powered by third-party integrations, primarily Groq.
• Nature of Service: AI is used strictly for parsing user commands into structured data. We do not use AI to read, analyze, or process your Google Calendar events or private scheduling history.
• Accuracy: AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all scheduling actions proposed by the AI assistant.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synapsyz Innovations LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
