These terms govern your access to and use of theQuantacal Platform.Please review them carefully before establishing your account.

1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing or utilizing the Quantacal Service, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. All operations performed under your account are your sole legal responsibility. Suspicious activity may trigger automatic account suspension.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a recurring subscription basis (Monthly/Annual). Access is granted upon successful payment processing. Automated renewal cycles apply unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by local consumer protection laws. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger retroactive refunds for the current cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quantacal is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Synapsyz Innovations LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively within the judicial circuits of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
